About Us:

Dollar Express is an exciting new addition to the dollar store retail segment. With our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, we proudly operate 330 stores across 36 states.

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Associate at Dollar Express, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them with merchandise selection.
• Completing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding the store and its products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and friendly customer interactions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks and transporting it to the sales floor.
• Independently stock shelves and keep the store neatly arranged.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stay vigilant of customer activity to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Perform additional tasks to contribute to effective and profitable store operations.
