Job Description:
Join our team as an IT Support specialist in Clifton, NJ, where you'll provide essential technical support for a range of systems and equipment.
This contract position involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, working with both hardware and software, and requires travel between locations.
A strong understanding of general technology and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to meet business needs related to hardware and software.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects efficiently.
Visit sites to identify and resolve technical issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
Maintain knowledge of supported systems and participate in education programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PCs, printers, and network operations.
Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
