Server Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders with menu knowledge and attentive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to our company standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and assist with menu selections.
• Stay informed about new promotions and product offerings.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Assist with pre-bussing tables and other approved side work as outlined.
• Maintain safe food handling practices and keep the area clean.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, involving management when necessary.
• Engage positively with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist in various job roles as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
