Qualifications:

• No certifications or experience required; we provide comprehensive training
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• Remind clients to take their medications
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc.)
• Assist clients with bathing and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Follow client care plans diligently
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes to the nursing team
• Communicate effectively with families, co-workers, and supervisors about client care
• Complete and maintain accurate timesheet records for services provided
