St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Full Time Patient Safety Observer. The Patient Safety Observer role utilizes Med. Sitter remote patient safety audio and video monitoring technology, to remotely observe up to ten patients simultaneously. The objective of the remote patients safety monitoring program is to enhance patient safety. Utilizing Med. Sitter technology, the PSO will observe, communicate and document behaviors that could be disruptive to the patient plan of care. Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED and completes Nurse Aide Orientation upon hire. Certifications/ Skills: BLS required....Patient, Server, Safety, Virtual, Monitoring, Healthcare
