Greets customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Processes sales transactions, including prescriptions and over-the-counter items.
Handles cash, credit/debit cards, insurance co-pays, and refunds.
Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
Assists customers with basic questions and directs pharmacy-related inquiries to the pharmacist or technician.
Stocks shelves, faces merchandise, and monitors inventory levels at the front end.
Keeps the checkout area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Follows store policies, procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Basic math skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Work Environment: Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, as well as lifting light to moderate items. Requires frequent interaction with the public. May require evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
