Village Caregiving is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Barboursville, WV!

This is a hybrid role, so most of your work can be completed remotely with certain days spent in office.Village Caregiving is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain data across our systems. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

• 50,000 - 60,000 annual salary paid semi-monthly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with data entry or a similar administrative role.

• Background in home care, healthcare services, or managed care environments.

• Familiarity with healthcare billing, authorization processes, or payer documentation requirements.

• Experience supporting compliance or audit-related activities.
