Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Qualifications. Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Knowledge of proper chemical handling. Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
