In this role, you will:

  • Manage reservations and accurately communicate wait times.
  • Tailor memorable experiences for each guest.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.
  • Provide a sincere farewell and invite guests to return.
  • Focus on teamwork and fostering a guest-first mindset in every decision you make.

To excel in this position, you should meet the following physical requirements:

  • Must meet age requirements and have authorization to work in the respective country.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Capability to move throughout the restaurant and stand for 8 to12 hours.
  • A strong team player with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
