Title: Front of House Team MemberLocation: Chick-fil-A at Huntington Mall, Barboursville, West VirginiaJob Description:As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Huntington Mall, you are the face of our establishment, providing genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service, and ensuring foodsafety standards are consistently met. Your role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while adhering to local health and food safety laws.Key Responsibilities:1. Genuine Hospitality:* Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.* Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their dining experience.2. Fast and Accurate Service:* Take and process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system.* Prepare food and beverage items according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes, ensuring speed and accuracy.* Work collaboratively with other team members to expedite orders and maintain a smooth flow of service.3. Food Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by Chick-fil-A and local health regulations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and condiment stations.* Monitor and record temperatures of food items and storage units to ensure safe food handling practices.4. Team Collaboration:* Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.* Assist with training new team members on front of house procedures, including hospitality standards and food safety protocols.* Support a positive and respectful work environment by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement.5.
