Hvac Technician

St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a full time hvac tech. Under the supervision of the manager, facility or authorized designee, performs duties relevant to, but not limited to, maintenance, replacement and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, air handling distribution systems, steam distribution system, medical surgical vacuum system and medical gas systems. Duties include monitoring, adjusting, and programming the energy management system to maintain peak efficiency on utility systems. Duties include, but not limited to, making repairs to the above system.
