Customer Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Job Summary

RAMI is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator (Remote) to support daily customer and internal operations. This role focuses on coordinating order activity, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations teams, and ensuring timely communication across departments.

This is a professional operations support role, not a call-center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, documentation, and status updates
• Support sales and operations teams with administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate data within CRM and internal systems
• Track order progress and ensure timely follow-up
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding customer needs
• Assist with reporting, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Follow established procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• 13 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, order management, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or B2B operations
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Experience supporting internal sales or operations teams
