About the Job

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all implementation projects are completed on time and within scope through facilitating communication, documentation, and adherence to internal processes. The Project Manager reports to the Director of Implementation & Onboarding. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail?oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects that drive the implementation and success of products. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating cross?functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of our products to our clients. While this role is remote, our ideal candidate would reside in San Diego, CA or Phoenix, AZ, and would be open to meeting in person once a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project status and expectations.

• Coordinate across internal teams to meet project objectives.

• Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions to ensure project success.

• Performance Tracking:

• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Regularly report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Process Improvement:

• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement best practices for project delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage ~30 simultaneous projects with weekly or bi?weekly stakeholder check?ins
• Act as a liaison between internal and external project stakeholders
• Lead a Pod, made up of cross functional Implementation and Integration Consultants, and manage project assignments
• Ensure Pod team members log their time to effectively track bandwidth; manage Pod capacity
• Monitor overall project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and measure against estimates versus actuals
• Document and follow?up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Assist with and/or complete internal projects as needed
• Contribute continuous improvement of project management processes, scoping requirements, documentation requirements, quality standards, and success criteria.
• Provide internal teams with detailed implementation activities for escalated clients
• Answer questions and provide project updates to both internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, implementation methodologies, and client onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast?paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across various organizational levels. (Executives, Directors, Managers, and HR Professionals)
• Ability to foster a collaborative culture; influence stakeholders; understand complex issues, drive priorities and resolutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Ability to convey technical information to a general audience
• Process?oriented with a high attention to details
• Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) Software: HR, HRIS, Workforce Management, Talent Management. Bonus points for experience within the Construction Industry
• Experiencing using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
