The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all implementation projects are completed on time and within scope through facilitating communication, documentation, and adherence to internal processes. The Project Manager reports to the Director of Implementation & Onboarding. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail?oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects that drive the implementation and success of products. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating cross?functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of our products to our clients. While this role is remote, our ideal candidate would reside in San Diego, CA or Phoenix, AZ, and would be open to meeting in person once a month.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project status and expectations.
Coordinate across internal teams to meet project objectives.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Regularly report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Process Improvement:
Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices for project delivery.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
