Our client, a global leader in automotive filtration solutions, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Prichard, WV. With a 65+ year track record of innovation, this organization is driving the future of filtration technology and needs mechanically minded pros to support its high-volume manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do:
You'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment, helping ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing scheduled PMs with attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Generating follow-up work orders (PM4) for unresolved issues
  
  
• Creating or adhering to Work Instruction Sheets (WIS) for each task
  
  
• Executing priority-based Work Orders and documenting all work completed
  
  
• Assisting with part sourcing, inventory kitting, and tagging of repairable components
  
  
• Supporting 5S shop initiatives and maintaining documentation/reporting standards
  
  
• Ensuring all completed work is verified through line testing

Who We're Looking For:
A maintenance professional for a manufacturing setting and brings a mix of mechanical know-how, electrical troubleshooting ability, and automation experience.

• High school diploma or GED (trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Advanced skills in automation, including PLCs and robotics
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Professional certifications a plus
