Description:

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a drive for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a professional office administrator to join our Huntington, WV team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

The ideal candidate will need to thrive in an independent work environment, have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and routing them appropriately, making sure voicemail is acceptable and, if not, offering alternatives.
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Creating and process purchase orders
  • Manage office supply inventory and purchases
  • Process invoices for accounts payable related to general office expenses
  • Conduct collection calls to support our accounts payable goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned, based on business needs
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience creating and processing purchase orders preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Willingness to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
  • 2-5 years of experience in front desk or administrative role required
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay range:
  • $20 - $25/hr. depending on experience and qualifications
