Position Overview
Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Document & Data Entry Assistant to support a local office with deed and property title documentation. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and prior experience working with deeds or property titles .
Key Responsibilities
Scan, rename, and save deed-related documents
Read and summarize documents into bullet points for review
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
Assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Must have experience working with deeds or property titles
Excellent computer skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret formal legal documents
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
