Location: Huntington, WV
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days/week, 6-hour shifts
Pay: Up to $20/hour, based on experience
Type: Temporary Position
Location: Onsite in Huntington, WV (NOT REMOTE)

Position Overview

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Document & Data Entry Assistant to support a local office with deed and property title documentation. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and prior experience working with deeds or property titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, rename, and save deed-related documents
  • Read and summarize documents into bullet points for review
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
  • Assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must have experience working with deeds or property titles
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret formal legal documents
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
