Our client is a full-service provider of legal counsel for depository and non-depository institutions, including banks, credit unions, mortgage servicing entities, institutional investors, and private firms.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Huntington, WV . The Associate will be responsible for providing legal services to the firm's clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on legal matters, reviewing title work, preparing pleadings, and collaborating with other team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Experience representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the West Virginia Bar required
• Experience with banking, credit union, or mortgage servicing legal matters preferred
