Unit management of all employees assigned under the general supervision of the Production Line Manager. It will be your responsibility to manage, improve performance and motivate staff at your disposal efficiently to achieve the various objectives and goals of the business. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of KPIs and analysis.
