Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Bariatric Scheduler/ Receptionist to work alongside our Bariatric Surgery Clinic. The Bariatric Receptionist & Scheduler (BRS), will serve as the front office representative, greeting and fulfilling process requirements during office appointments. The BRS will promote an image of professionalism in all areas of representation and will function in a courteous and efficient manner. Excellent customer service skills both via phone and in person are pertinent and must be maintained, as well as sensitivity to the unique needs of the bariatric patient population. All incoming calls are to be personally handled when able, or directed to the relevant staff member in a timely manner. The BRS must be able to discern, to the best of ability, the priority level of each call, basing action accordingly.
