Coordinating with Tooling Engineers and Designers. Author specific work instructions. Coordinates internal tooling fabrication from engineering designs. Coordinates shop-floor efforts to develop and improve new and existing tooling. Prioritizes, coordinates, and directs Maintenance activities. Coordinates with Maintenance associates to identify PM requirements for new and existing processes and equipment. Collaborates with development, engineering, scheduling, production, and facility engineering on improvement programs for the areas supported. Trains production associates and supervisors on process changes, work methods, and reporting. Coordinates and oversees Safety and EHS needs for the site. Oversee and maintains production schedule. Manages site inventory and material/supply ordering. Drive continuous improvement, improve customer satisfaction, reduce waste, and eliminate variation in processes.
