Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Location: Huntington, WV

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary assignment with a reputable client in Huntington, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone with A/P experience who is looking to contribute to a supportive and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and match with purchase orders
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with vendor communications and payment tracking
• Support general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be a quick learner
• Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
