Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff promptly.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Prepare and process office correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
