Insuritys Next Senior Human Resources Business Partner

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance that drives business results and supports our people strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership teams to shape organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives. You will also act as a coach and thought partner to leaders, enabling them to build high-performing teams, foster an inclusive culture, and navigate complex organizational challenges. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence key business decisions and make a lasting impact on both our people and our business.

You should be skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels, comfortable challenging the status quo, and motivated by driving both people and business outcomes. What Our Senior HRBP Will Do

  • Consult with all leaders in the business unit to provide overall HR guidance in multiple countries of operation
  • Provide guidance, input, and change management strategies on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Analyze trends and metrics and implement solutions in partnership with the HR group to improve the work environment
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations where needed
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements across multiple countries
  • Partner with the legal department as needed related to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide performance management guidance to managers (i.e. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Identify training needs for business units as well as individual executive coaching needs
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and that training objectives are met
  • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Participate in the creation, adaptation, improvement, and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Work with leaders to develop offers for new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Conduct ongoing meetings with respective business units
  • Track financial and headcount targets for assigned business unit
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

We have five Core Values at Insurity; one is to Act with Integrity. The salary range for this role is $86,000 to $165,000, commensurate with experience. We regularly analyze and update salary ranges to align with market trends and to support pay equity.

Languages for Qubec candidates: The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues located outside of Qubec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
