Our client is a respected law firm with deep roots in West Virginia, is seeking a Business Transaction Attorney to join its team. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of business and corporate transactional matters, including entity formation, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and governance.
• Provide legal advice to corporate clients on compliance, risk management, and day-to-day business operations.
• Maintain a billable target of 1,600 hours annually while delivering high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transactional business law experience preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120k-$160k Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
