What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field required; Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management in an e-commerce environment
- 5+ years of experience improving search and product discovery in e-commerce
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role managing people and/or projects
- Experience with enterprise commerce and search solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong proficiency with online data analytics and testing tools
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex e-commerce projects
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
