Provides direct supervision of a single group home serving adults with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Duties include household management and the supervision of direct support professionals within a 24/7 residential setting. Works a flexible schedule to ensure visibility, staff training, and coverage across all shifts. Monitors and ensures the delivery of all services outlined in the Individual Support Plan to promote optimum habilitation, health care, and behavior supports as needed. Abides by and demonstrates the company's Mission, Vision, and Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis Ensures that the group home meets cleanliness and physical safety standards in accordance with State licensing and company operational standards. Reviews staff time keeping daily, including approval of all time and attendance for direct support professionals.
