About The Team

Workday's Global Technical Services organization supports financial implementations, specializing in GL, AR, AP, Inventory, PSA, and related financial processes. The team collaborates with customers to build effective solutions and continually enhance integration capabilities.

About The Role

The Senior Financial Integration Consultant will help architect, design, and manage integration deliverables for multiple Workday implementation projects. The role requires deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture design principles, ERP financial integration patterns, phased implementation methodologies, and a strong understanding of integration technologies. A consultative approach with customers and a track record of successful integration deployments are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client timelines are met and provide guidance on integration strategies.
• Contribute to the customer experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of implementations.
• Engage in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects where appropriate.
• Proactively share knowledge with teammates on financial integration topics.
• Provide consultative support to junior consultants on projects.
• Identify and surface implementation and process challenges to leadership with improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday Financials OR 10+ years in ERP-related domains (GL, Banking, AP, Procurement, AR).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture, design and building integration solutions using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, SAP ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, or other financial ERP/middleware technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial/accounting principles.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience consulting as an advisor or architect on customer implementations.
• Ability to lead small teams of Integration Consultants and mentor on best practices.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; finance or accounting background is a plus.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annual base salary ranges vary by location and other factors. This role may be eligible for bonuses, stock grants, and other compensation components. Details are provided during the hiring process.

Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta; Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,900 USD - $175,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 USD - $197,300 USD. Colorado pay range may differ by state law where applicable.
