Job Details

Under the supervision of the Director of Construction, Construction Manager or designee, performs duties relevant to, but not limited to the installation of electrical systems and equipment. The Electrician shall also perform routine and preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting to electrical systems and equipment in the Medical Center or the Medical Center properties. The electrician shall be a resource person for other staff and outside vendors when needed. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties: Installs conduit, EMT, PVC and cables in a timely professional manner. Installations shall comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC 70). Installs electrical services where needed and accompanies electrical inspector where applicable. Does minor electrical layouts and develops material list for all minor jobs.
