Description:
- Manage onsite construction activities from project start through closeout
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Conduct daily and weekly project meetings with subcontractors and project teams
- Monitor work progress and quality, performing inspections as needed
- Resolve onsite issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to track schedules, costs, and changes
- Ensure all local, state, and federal regulations are met
