We're Hiring: Senior Staff Accountant

Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $65-75k

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support audits and special projects.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to meet someone who:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Brings 3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting setting.

• Is highly proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).

• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a team.
