Position Purpose: As a Senior Adobe Experience Platform Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated enterprise software solutions using Adobe technologies. You will work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members—including data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts—to ensure that business interests are well-represented across the enterprise.

• Set up and configure data sources, define data schemas, and create data mappings.
• Develop, set up, and configure email templates and content.
• Configure data processing, ID Matching, Profile building, and develop segmentation and personalization rules.
• Create and prototype software modules of varying complexity, including service interfaces, process flows, and UI/UX components.
• Ensure design and development stick to standards, guidelines, and best practices while deploying software solutions.
• Evaluate business requirements to formulate architectural impacts and propose solutions.
• Collaborate to ensure optimal application designs employing the best patterns and standards.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Create both conceptual and detailed technical design documents while working closely with business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve potential problems, implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and adherence to application coding techniques and standards.
• Work alongside Application Solution Architects and other technical resources to deliver application functionalities.
• Engage in tier 3 application support, managing incidents and overseeing application upgrades and patches.
• Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining compliance with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) is required. Candidates should have 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant knowledge and skills.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Adobe technologies such as CDP, AJO, or CJA is highly desired.
• Proven experience in solution implementation.
• Knowledge of data sources, data schemas, and mapping.
• Understanding of data governance principles.

Soft Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge in specific areas of expertise.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate analytical skills.
• Effective project management capabilities.
• High level of accuracy, particularly under pressure.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

License/Certification:

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is preferred.

Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year.
