Salary: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Food Handler Certificate from the local health department (required)

• Must obtain Food Handler's License, CPR, and First Aid certification (if not already certified)

• Supervise food service staff in a residential setting
• Prepare menus and convert recipes to accommodate required meal quantities
• Order food and maintain an appropriate food service budget
• Prepare invoices and purchase orders for administrative approval
• Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus and health department regulations
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation policies
• Oversee laundry services, linen changes, and sanitization of residential rooms

• Ability to follow and scale recipes to meet serving needs
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Effective supervision and organizational skills
• Basic budgeting and purchasing experience preferred
