POSITION SUMMARY - The Data Processor is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date alumni and donor information within the Foundations database. This includes inputting and managing changes to personal details, contact preferences, and assisting with data-related reporting needs. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Data Services, this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The successful candidate will work closely with Foundation staff, campus partners, and vendors to support the integrity of alumni and donor records, run reports, and assist with information requests and mailings. Familiarity with SQL reporting or Oracle APEX is a plus.
