Job Description The purpose of this position is to work in a team environment to provide university-wide mission critical Mail Services and Receiving to satisfying all customer needs and to perform all duties and tasks associated with the University Mail Services and Receiving operations including Courier Services to Charleston as needed.
Receive mail according to scheduled pickups and deliveries.
Perform daily mail processing activities including sorting, distributing, metering, bundling, weighing, and transporting mail; conduct inventories and maintain accurate materials and financial records on postal supplies and purchases and departmental supplies; and assist mailroom customers in departmental and U.S. Postal procedures and regulations; assist in training student workers in equipment operation, departmental and U.S. Postal procedures and regulations and processing mail. When necessary, provide courier services to off campus departments. Other duties as assigned.
Drivers License is required.

Salary Range $24,808 - $32,350; Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity.
