Position Information

Position Title Assistant Director of Ticketing Banner Position Number 002048 E-Class NC - Nonclassified - .53 or > Department Ticket Office - MU7049 Job Description

Primary initiative is to oversee day to day operations in the ticket office. Provide customer service on various sports game days. Help increase ticket sales for all sports through various promotions.

Reports directly to the Director, Ticket Sales. Responsibilities include day to day operations in the ticket office, hiring andsupervising part-time and game day staff, developing andimplementing ticket promotions and assisting with other ticketrelated duties.

Salary Range $38,722 - $50,339: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time Work Location MU - Marshall University

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Bachelors degree

Experience

1 year working in any field, no relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

Education Experience

1+ years experience in collegiate ticket office operations.

Experience in sales. Experience with Paciolan ticketing software.
