You will be responsible for various accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing activities. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be vital in interpreting complex financial information and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the month-end close process by ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
