Job Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Tech Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing issues with software, hardware, or other tech systems. This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong grasp of technical concepts.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or support tickets.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.Guide users through troubleshooting steps and solutions.Escalate more complex problems to senior support or engineering teams.Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.Assist with onboarding and setting up new user accounts, systems, or tools.Educate users on best practices and basic tech troubleshooting.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer or internal IT concerns.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.12 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, and web applications.Familiarity with remote access tools and support ticketing systems.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with SaaS platforms or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Familiarity with Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity concepts.
