Job Description: Center Director

As a Center Director, your responsibilities will include:

1. Hiring, engaging, and developing a team of passionate educators
2. Partnering with parents to ensure the best care and education for children
3. Building positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners
4. Growing our presence in the community through business, sales, and marketing efforts

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of leadership experience with team development skills
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• Budget management and revenue generation experience preferred
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing requirements
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work on-site daily

The salary range for this role is $56,250.00 - $102,250.00 annually.
