Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Product Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This exciting opportunity involves defining the vision and features of strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Credit Modernization Product Director and Design Director. The role requires collaboration with product managers, SMEs, business sponsors, and technology and UX leads to create seamless customer and colleague experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to define and document features aligned with business needs and objectives.
2. Facilitate workshops and create process maps, mock-ups, and wireframes to illustrate processes and end-to-end experiences.
3. Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to obtain feature approvals and ensure alignment.
4. Support UAT testing, business readiness activities, and post-production discussions to address gaps and drive performance improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of non-consumer lending experience (e.g., underwriting, portfolio management, closing, booking, or servicing).
3. Proven ability to facilitate discussions and document current/future state processes, including visualization and process mapping.
4. Experience with developing technology solutions on the Salesforce platform (Financial Services Cloud) preferred.
5. Mastery of Agile best practices, using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop relationships across all organizational levels.
8. Collaborative mindset with experience aligning business needs with technology solutions.
