Manpower is seeking a bright enthusiastic and self-driven Patient Care Coordinator associate to join our client's team!
Pay: starting at $13
What will you do?
Keyholder for Monday-Friday business, open, maintain, and close the office daily
Handle outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing patients
Schedule/confirm appointments for patients
Call insurance companies to check hearing benefits
Note/Update patient files and database
Order office supplies
Process orders and payments
Educate hearing impaired individuals on the importance of our services
Multitasking between multiple websites to maximize productivity efficiently - Offer a first-class patient experience via phone and in person
Keep office clean and organized.
