Job Description Coordinate the case management process, including administration and oversight of the Advocate case management software. Review all documentation submitted to OSC for alleged violations of the code of conduct, assign Case Administrators to adjudicate cases, review final outcomes of all cases that go through OSC processes for consistency, appropriate notation , and compliance.
Salary Range $44,918 - $51,929; Salary commensurate with experience and internal equity.
