DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties: Understands and complies with work rules and safety regulations. Works any shift necessary for the adequate coverage of the department and additional hours if needed. Attends all mandatory training programs. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitized. Inspects all work surfaces and equipment to assure cleanliness, and safe and proper operation of equipment. Serves food to cafe customers and team members. Accurately inputs transactions in the register. Prepares reports for register transactions. Reads and records totals shown on cash register tape. Collects soiled meal trays from cafe table.
