About the Administrative Fellowship

The administrative fellowship at Marshall Health is designed to cultivate the next generation of health care leaders, equipping participants with a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of the complexities within the health care industry.

The 12-month multidisciplinary program, based in Huntington, West Virginia, is designed to provide fellows with a range of experiences in strategic planning, clinical operations, ambulatory care, digital solutions, network development, facilities planning, performance improvement and patient experience. Fellows assume a contributing role on the health care management team, providing a tailored fellowship experience based on your interests and strengths.

Compensation

Administrative fellows are salaried, part- or full-time employees of Marshall Health. Fellows are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, sick and annual leave according to their employee status. Stipend is commensurate with experience.

Application Requirements

• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and must be actively pursuing a master's degree from an accredited college or university in one or more of the following fields of study or related degree programs: Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Public Health. Preference will be given to Marshall University graduates or current graduate students.

• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
