Job Details

As a Home Care DSP, your responsibilities will include: Providing day to day direction and supervision as well as managing performance of direct support staff to include development, training, and providing constructive feedback. Preparation of staff schedules, review and maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including but not limited to: HPC service documentation, behavior documentation, communication logs, incident reports, medication documentation, and mileage records. Support and contribute to an environment of trust, sharing, growth, and mutual support. Maintain open communication and cooperative work efforts with supervisors and other staff to ensure quality and continuity of support for the individuals served. Provide opportunities throughout the day to assist clients in meeting their individual goals. Assist clients with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, toileting, and basic hygiene needs.
