Salary: $60,000 - $78,000

Summary:

A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Engineer for their Huntington-Ashland Metropolitan Area facility.

Responsibilities:

The ideal Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Boost process capability and production volume while upholding and enhancing quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and track relevant metrics.
• Conduct studies to elevate product quality.
• Prepare reports for quality systems and status meetings.
• Collect samples and analyze data to develop better processing methods.
• Design and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
• Collaborate with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to create a cost-effective and efficient production process.
• Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming products and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

The ideal Process Engineer will have the following skill set:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
• 2+ years in a Manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with process improvement
