The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Custodial Services Manager in preparing the facility to open Monday - Friday
  • Engage in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the building by:
    • Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
    • Servicing, cleaning/sanitizing and restocking supplies in restrooms and locker rooms
    • Carrying out weekly/monthly cleaning tasks and special projects to assist the Custodial Services Manager
    • Following cleaning procedures/specifications outlined by OSHA for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
    • Assisting with the inspection of facilities daily to identify any maintenance issues, damages, non-routine cleaning needs, or potential concerns/issues/problems
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Available to work 4 - 8am, Monday - Friday
  • Willingness to perform manual labor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate computers for scheduling, email, and data entry/retrieval
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation
  • First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required (training can be provided)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 20lbs or more on a regular basis
  • 4 hours of continous standing and walking
