Job Description

Recruitment Specialist in the Office of Admissions is responsible for the overall management of an assigned territory from prospect and inquiry to applicant/admit/enrolled stages. This person will provide leadership and oversight of all recruitment and enrollment activities and initiatives within their given territory- activities that will be both assigned and individually initiated. This position is expected to meet stated performance standards and benchmarks, as well as perform at or above goal in all areas.

LocationMU - Marshall University

Salary Range$35,568 - $44,400; Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity.

Salary Grade4

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

Six months of experience in higher education or an active undergraduate experience at an institution of higher education or other relevant experience (i.e., sales, customer service, teaching, table events). Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to complete assignments independently and meet changing deadlines. Valid driver's license necessary. Must be eligible for hotel and car rental agreements.
