Job Description Receives and processes documents and application data submitted directly into the CRM software by applicants, loads application data into the university's CRM software.
Enters graduate-level transfer credit from accepted, accredited institutions and approved miliary education sources, generates Transfer Equivalency Worksheets.
Downloads transcripts and exam score reports from electronic sources and enters graduate-level transfer credit from accepted, accredited institutions and approved miliary education sources.
Responds to general inquiries from prospective students and applicants, investigates and resolves applicant concerns regarding the application process and admission requirements, in person, by phone and by email.
May supervise student workers assigned to the unit.
Participates in events as an active and enthusiastic member of the Admissions team.
Assists with data entry, general processing responsibilities, variety of clerical tasks relative to assignment.
oversees assigned areas of graduate admission-related functions.
May supervise student workers assigned to the unit.
Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range $25,600 - $33,300; Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education High School Diploma or GED
Experience 1+ year experience in relevant field
Ex: providing clerical support, customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Education Prior admissions/records/student services experience and/or prior experience with academic records and transcript evaluation preferred.
Experience Experience with Ellucian Banner preferred;
