**Customer Service/Office Administrator Lewisburg, WV**
**Job Purpose:** The Customer Service/Office Administrator is the face of the company to most of our clients. The role greets customers, answers their calls, helps them place orders, procures materials as needed to fulfill orders, and provides administrative support to the order processing, production, and fulfillment functions of the business. As such, a sunny disposition and an overarching attention to detail are required.
**Tasks:**
Receiving calls and emails, and greeting walk-in customers
Efficiently helping customers determine their needs, budget and timeframe
Working with a computerized order management system, route customer orders to the proper areas of the company
Follow up with customers for order approvals and initial payments
Order materials to fulfill orders
Assist with receiving and shipping of materials as needed
Troubleshooting problems as they arise
Assist in detecting quality defects to prevent further recurrence
Notify customer of order completion
Provide administrative support to the business as needed
Other tasks as required to support the production in the shop

High School Degree, minimum
2+ years of general work experience
